It seems to me that there are some fake reviews posted here, e.g. teacher story. I can't stress the importance of doing the real research when choosing a "med spa" (Should these words go together anyway?). I went to Sleek for a laser hair removal consultation. Was hard sold a big package (hugely discounted). I wanted to think about it...we're talking more than $1,000. I wasn't even sure if my skin and hair would be good for laser hair removal anyway, because I am on the lighter side. Decided to think about it and not sign up. However, Sleek called and called me with fake free offers such as "You won a microdermabrasion" which they obviously just wanted to get me in for more hard selling. One time they even left a message with the receptionist at work including the reason why they called. I was mortified! MED-SPA? Hmm. Do you think my Dr. would leave a message with the receptionist reminding me it was time for my pap smear? I don't think so. Disgusting business practice.

Well heres the scoop on these medspas... i was skeptical like everyone else however, i wanted to check it out for myself so i went in to sleek medspa in natick at the natick collection for a free consultation. After spending sort a long time discussing their various treatments with an extremely nice and patient (because of all my questions) employee i was SOLD on a micro package. The package promises to deliver a more youthful looking you, by deep cleaning, renewing skin and minimizing fine lines etc, etc etc, whatever i figured it wouldnt hurt ....so yesterday was my 8th treatment and i honestly have to say ive noticed a difference, my skin looks more healthy and i feel pretty good about the results .....however now im thinking of spending more money to try some other treatments they offer, does anyone have a suggestion????

Pros: convenience, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I recently had a lot of work done with Sleek Medspa and feel great! I had a series of injectables done as I feel like I have aged 15 years in the past 1 year. I am 52 and went in to Sleek in the Mall because I was walking by and was intrigued by their signs. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and they were able to bring out someone to speak with me about my skin and what I can do to look and feel better. I was nervous at first because I am a teacher and don't have a lot of expendable cash. I ended up signing up for Restylane for my lip, Radiesse for my lines on both sides of my mouth and botox ...... the best part is I have a year to pay it off with no interest!!!! I look Amazing- Jess did my treatment- the PA and she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable (my first time). People I work with are still double taking. I can not thank Sleek enough- I feel great and was able to do it because of the reasonable prices and good advice from staff.

Pros: Prices, Financing, Options with Treatments, Great Staff

Cons: a little chilly :(

I am embarassed that I was duped into the procedure that I had performed on my face. As others had mentioned I was in the mall and out of curiousity I stopped by the store front and was whisked inside for a consultation. As it so happened someone just had a cancelation and they were able to take me right away! I fell for it all hook-line&sinker! During each treatment, the entire conversation was trying to convince me to try other treatments since it would help my skin considering my age! I began to dread my appointments since I knew it wouldn't be a relaxing time. I have had many facials and skin treatments but never had one performed as quickly as these. I was in and out of there in minutes. The other great concern of mine was the constant changing of care takers. When I signed on I clearly expressed that I would be more comfortable with someone who has had experience and supposedly I that's what I got. The problem is the treatment person has been changed 3 times without any notification. Real disappointment! I would never recommend or return to the "chain" again.

Pros: clean

Cons: high traffic area, lots of pressure to purchase more services

Unlike some people, I've experienced the worst customer service from the moment I walked in. I was walking around the mall, and decided to go in for a free consultation since I've been thinking about hair removal for a while. My friend went to that place and said that they were not bad. One of the girls told me that she's available right now, and that she'll take me right in. I sat down and started looking through their brochures ... 5 minutes past, she was doing something on the computer. Then, her boyfirend/girlfriend called and she started talking on the phone ... deciding what restaurant they're going to tonight, and what movie they should see ... about 15 minutes past, she was still on the phone. I just got up and left. I guess they have enough customers.

I had a consultation at Sleek after purchasing an overpriced package of micros/chemical peels from a plastic surgeons office. I found the girls to be very helpful and considerate of my goals. I consulted with them about options and my skin tone and they did a test spot for a photo facial and I went with a purchased a package. I save a ton of money bc the photo facials show the results you wouldn't see until after 12-18 micros/chemical peels. I was really pleased with Sleek.

In reading all the reviews I have no Idea how this place stays in business. I guess all the advertisement makes them appear like the greatest but anyone in business should know by now they should be standing on there reputation with referrals. All those big dollar ads are smoke shows trying to counteract the truth about this company. I can tell you first hand from my experience and others I know that the employee's knows the deal... Get the customer a appointment as soon as possible so they are locked in to the contract before they realize that they have made a BIG mistake in their choice of Spa's. Everybody smile, act like you care and that you had no idea about big bad corporate policy. The same thiing happened to m years ago. I know all Spa's are not unqualified and not all doctors offices are better qualified thats for sure ..but I wouln't go to a "fast food" chain for a gormet meal so why I would go to a mall for medi-spa treatments...I can't explain. Please be careful.

Pros: Lesson Learned

Cons: Horrible Customer Service. Dishonesty all around.

I am a long term patient of Sleek in Natick since September of 06. I have done both Lazer treatments on my legs and ua as well as mesotherapy for my abdomen. I am so excited because I have lost 2 1/2 inches in my abs and still have one treatment left. The PA Tara is so calming and totally took away my fear in the treatment and it did not hurt like I thought it was going to. All the girls there are so nice and I feel better about myself everytime I leave. I have recommended many of my friends who now go to Sleek too.

Pros: skilled, nice, VERY SANITARY, Great results

Cons: a little difficult to get in for first treatment but otherwise no cons

I understand this is a chain but the only place I have been to is Newbury Street where I saw Carrie. She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and thorough. She worked with me. She gave me an accurate number of laser treatments for effective results and she was right on target with everything. My appointments have been punctual. The facility is beautiful and absolutely spotless. One of the cleanest I have ever seen. I love the massage chairs in the waiting area. Everyone is always very friendly when I come in. They've accomodated me. I really could not ask for more.

Pros: Effective, Efficient Service and Great Staff

Cons: none - zero

After I bought a package of six laser treatments, which didn't work, the staff gave me a discount on an additional four, promising that I would see better results. I found that it did work in some places, but they job was rushed (Full legs and bikini in less than 20 minutes) and they always missed spots, which left me with patches all over the place. Overall, it wasn't worth the money or the time.
