Highly recommend!

I should have called them before. The problems were solved in the following manner: call taken, technician dispatched, I am back in business. All on time, convenient to me and affordable. Thank you VERY MUCH!

• Pros: Service, timeliness, prices, professionalism.
• Cons: None I can think of.

Great Onsite Service

This place doesn't have a drop off location, but you won't care because their techs come right to you at cheaper prices than Best Buy or Microcenter. Best of all, their techs seem really happy to respond to last minute requests, and train you to use your computer. I still feel like I have alot to learn, but now my computer seems more manageable.

• Pros: Fast Service (came same day)
• Cons: No drop off location (but you won't care!)

Calling this company was a big mistake

I wanted my personal computer fixed and my boss wanted the office computers upgraded. The entire time we were treated with arrogance by the guy who came. It was obvious that he didn't really know what he was doing and he never fixed the problem. After he left, we called another company that was cheaper and was able to fix it. We also had to pay extra to clean up this guy's mess.

• Pros: Nothing good.
• Cons: Waste of time and money.

Watch out!

I had several dealings with "Ilya" who owns this company. Unfortunately, I found out too late that he lied to me on multiple occassions and it cost me a lot. What I really want to know is this: Who wrote all of these reviews? They look so fake it's not even funny. People write fake reviews when real satisfied customers don't or won't. Watch out!

• Pros: None.
• Cons: Owner scammed my company. We lost a lot of money and time.

Better than the Geek Squad.

Was about to chuck my computer out the window, but Systems got recommended by a friend. It was nice to have someone actually believe my time is as valuable as theirs. What can I say....they had me at hello.

Suprisingly good service

Pc kept crashing so I looked them up on my co-worker's computer. Was surprised to hear they could come out within 2 hours. 2 hours later, a tech showed up, backed up my files, and got my computer up and running. So I ended up having a productive day!

Amazing Support And Professional Demeanor
