I have dined at Toro more than a few times. It is without a doubt one of my fave places to eat in the city. I always get great service here, and it is always fun to see what new dishes have been added to the menu. I eat here about once a month, and have yet to be disappointed. Great front of the house staff + great cocktails+ amazing nibble= Toro. Best tapas around, hands down! Viva la Toro! ¡Coma aquí, usted lo amará!
Pros: Great food, drinks, and service. Fun scene, cool neighborhood.
Cons: nothing, except having to wait for a table, even on a Sunday night.
