I found Spotlight Realty online and I was a first-time homebuyer. I was a bit nervous and a bit excited at the same time because I only read about all the home hunting stuff and never experienced. I gotta say that through Spotlight, they made this the easiest and truly the best experience ever! They were kind, gracious, very, very patient (say over 50 properties!) stuck with me the entire time, and never pressured me for anything! These guys were incredible and they did a stellar job!

I had a very good experience with Spotlight, especially Jon, who acted as my buyer's agent. I relocated from Chicago and received a lot of helpful information regarding the state of the real estate market here in Boston as well as helpful tips about the area. I found a condo within my price rage, in a neighborhood that I like, and Jon has even helped me out when I've gotten lost driving!

I have been in the Boston rental market for over 10 years and Spotlight - specifically Chris - was by far the most professional realtor I have ever dealt with. I was treated like a person, not a checkbook and I never felt pushed into an apartment that was not a good fit. I felt that the realtor advocated for me and was not just trying to make a quick buck. I was only shown apartments that fit the description I provided and I never felt like my time was being wasted. Realtors like the ones at Spotlight are EXTREMELY rare in Boston and I would encourage anyone looking for a place to go here.

I've lived in Boston for a long time, and gone through many realtors. I've always hated dealing with them-- they're generally pushy-- and, quite frankly, they generally don't really know their stuff. That all changed with Spotlight. I was honestly floored with my Broker (his name was Jon). He was friendly, low pressure, and really knew the neighborhood well!! I bought my place through them, and plan on doing the same next time! HIGHLY recommended!!!!
