Prana is life changing! The culture is warm and engaging. The owners and teacher are down to earth and love talking with the students. I love the flow because it changes depending on the energy of the group, but they will always challenge you in ways you never expected. The studio is neat and clean and they have great hours for classes every day of the week. Prana Cambridge opens tomorrow I cannot wait!
