I've been going to this clinic for a little over a year now and am very happy with my results. I get my bikini and armpits done there and only have a few stray hairs left in both areas (7 treatments). The girls that work there are always friendly and professional. I've read some mixed reviews on this site but have never personally had a problem there. Two of my friends from work also go to this location and love it. I know there was a change in management last summer, maybe the issues were with the old manager...? I plan on adding my legs on in the fall.

Pros: Results guaranteed

Cons: No parking

NOW I HAVE SEEN SOME LASER HAIR REMOVAL WORK, TO A CERTAIN DEGREE, BUT MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, WAY MORE, CLIENTS ARE GOING FOR YEARS AND LEAVE UNSATISIFIED AT THIS COMPANY. I FELT A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF GUILT AND HATED THE PRESSURE TO SELL TREATMENTS THAT WERE LESS THAN STANDARD. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SELECTING A COMPANY YOU ARE GOING TO SPEND A GREAT DEAL OF YOUR MONEY, SPEND A GREAT DEAL OF YOUR TIME WITH ( USUALLY TRYING TO BE UPSOLD, WE ARE REQUIRED TO DO THIS) AND NOT TO MENTION YOUR FALSE HOPE WITH.

There are so many services available. I'm having the laser hair removal and the cellulite treatments done. Everyone is so friendly and really makes you feel comfortable. The consult with the clinic manager was very informative. The technicians are so knowledgable and really take the time to explain everything to you during the treatments. I've had a few treatments with the cellulite reduction and I can already notice a difference. laser hair removal is the way to go already I'm seeing less hair. pricing is comprable to what's out there and they give a written guarantee!!

With so many great laser companies out there, you should definitely do your homework and look for a credible, reasonably-priced company. While I found that American Laser is a respectable company with a strong brand, I'm just appalled at their EXTREMELY BAD customer serive at their Arlington branch. Never return phone calls, didn't even call to let me know that they had moved offices so I was standing in the cold winter outside a closed office for 20 minutes trying to get in touch with a staff member over the phone (they NEVER apologized for their mistake on this either!) and the supervising staff, Mimi is just plain rude rude rude. Combine their ridiculous attitude with their outragous prices, why bother? Can't wait till my contract is over. Never going back to them again!

Pros: National chain

Cons: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude staff supervisor whose attitude trickles down to rest of staff. Appointments NEVER START on time!

First off, I would highly recommend laser hair removal to anyone. You see a noticeable difference in hair growth after one or two treatments. I have been to a couple of different places around the U.S. for treatment. American Laser Centers sounded like a trustworthy establishment and have quite a few different locations around the country. The first consult was very professional and I set up a treatment package. Prices are steep compared to other professional laser centers I've been to. The next appointment I had my treatment on the bikini and underarms and the specialist was very nice and accommodating. I went ahead and made my next appointment for 10 weeks later (as required by this laser center-some other places will only require 4 weeks in between each appointment). I showed up on time to my next appointment and was surprisingly told that they had lost my appointment!! They wouldn't be able to fit me in for another 3 weeks! I wasn't too happy about this. If you do decide to go with the American Laser Center in Arlington-make sure to confirm your appointment beforehand and make sure they haven't "lost it". Also...the guy sitting in the waiting area told me that he was able to bargain the price down-so you may want to try it. (seriously...the price is steep). While I will no longer be continuing laser treatment with this company because of poor customer service and high prices (I intend to get my money back)-I still recommend going someplace else for treatment. Laser hair removal is the way to go!

Pros: great hours-open weekdays late-and saturdays!

Cons: poor customer service-high cost

Christine is amazing! After just one treatment I had noticeabley less hair, to the point that I didn't have to shave my armpits for a week and a half!!! This is only the beginning, I'm going back and having my bikini and everything else done too!!! They also have a finance program, so even though you might not have the money now, just pay a little a month. Worth every penny!!!!!
