I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the top notch service that your company, Boston Quality Movers, provided during my recent relocation. This is the second time I have used your company for my moves. Both times I was impressed with the high level of customer service, the one-on-one attentiveness and the utmost professionalism of your crew. During my most recent move, I found myself in a time crunch and needed to relocate to another state. You were extremely accomodating with my schedule and sent a crew of committed and capable men who put me at ease about the whole experience. They were timely, careful with my belongings and always considerate of my wishes. This level of service is not something that you can get with many other moving companies. I was impressed with the high caliber of their work in what would otherwise have been a stressful experience. My family moved from Boston to Houston. We have 3 children and lots of toys!! BQ movers sent a sales person to our home to estimate the cost and details of our move. The day of the pick-up we were scrambling to finish packing and get organized. The movers were on time and even called us 30 minutes prior to arrival. They disassembled some of our furniture, wrapped and secured the fragile pieces and even packed what we were unable to finish packing. They promised us delivery within 3 weeks and a phone call 24 hours prior to the delivery. We received our belongings 2 weeks after the pick-up. There was nothing missing and nothing damaged. Also, we kept in touch with our sales person who would give us updates on the delivery. We were very happy with our move and highly recommend Boston Quality Movers.

When I received their quote I was skeptical because it was $125 less than the other quotes. My budget is tight so I hired them. They were on time and didn’t damage anything. And they were pretty close to the estimate. What else could you ask for from a moving c.ompany? I will use them again for my next move

We've had 3 moves in the last year and used BQ Movers for all of them. Although our moves were small and local, each one went smoothly and at cost. The movers were easy to work with and were accomadating about everything. They arrived on time and moved quickly. Their pricing is very competitive. It does change by season but still remains competitive. I would highly recommend these guys.

"I wanted to send a note to your company to make you aware of the terrific moving experience we had yesterday. Yanni, Simon, and Jorge were our movng crew. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, easygoing, and above all hardworking. We came across a situation that needed to be handle in a delicate manner with the landlord of the apartment my sister was leaving, they never faultered. We were extremely impressed with them, the job took longer than anticipated, due to some issues beyond their control, yet they never complained. They continued to service our move and made sure we were satisfied. I will recommend your company to anyone, for their moving needs, due to your ability to hire such fantastic people, I really can't say enough about the 3 men that made our move a pleasant experience. We used Boston Quality movers to pick up furniture in South Carolina and to move locally in the same month. The service was first class. Bryan worked with us to get a fair estimate and the follow through was awesome. The movers were professional and efficient. There was not a scratch on our furniture or to our house. If we ever had to move again we would definitely use them.
