This place is a hidden treasure!

I had never heard of it, until some friends and I went out for a birthday party. We were a little worried that a night of comedy might not be that fun - but OMG we had a BLAST! They have a full bar, so during intermission we did a few rounds of shots which might have made the show even more fun. The best part was when the comedians picked our birthday boy and did a skit about us, that was hilarous! I have to give this place a big thumbs-up because it's without a doubt the funnest time I've had in Boston in 4 years living here.
- Pros: Great with Friends, Full Bar, Hilarious
Just not that good

I had heard some good things about the Tribe, but was pretty disappointed by the show. It just seemed like there were a lot of beginning performers who didn't quite know what they were doing. It was good for a couple of laughs, but it was also painful at times.
- Pros: Cheap
- Cons: Not Funny

Local artist collaborative gets together every Friday night to put on a raucous, entertaining comedy show.

I have never been to this type of venue and wasn't sure exactly what to expect. I went to the show in last night at the Cantab in Cambridge. The show was great, I would highly recommend it! The tribe offers 4 different acts giving you 4 times the show! Not to mention the tickets are relatively cheap. If you happen to go to the Cantab, don't let the outside appearance fool you, lets be honest ... from the outside the lounge appears to be a little seedy but make no mistake, appearances can be deceiving!!
Ps. make sure to try the "ultimate nachos" and make sure to tell them that I sent you!
- Pros: funny, easy to find, price / food
- Cons: acts change
