Life savers!

Had my computer serviced before by a popular retail chain (which shall go unnamed) and they lost my data and charged me way too much. Needless to say when my hard drive crashed again a year later I asked a friend who recommended me to this company. They returned my computer in two days with all of my data back on it and helped me reconnect my printer and internet connection. I was in business again and they didn't even charge me half of what those other clowns did. Since my entire life was on my computer I can honestly say that they saved my life. Thanks. guys!

Short-staffed, Repair took longer than expected, Recommended if you speak with Paul.

If you call PC Nerds, ask for Paul. Other staff members had poor customer service skills and were very bad at returning my phone calls and seemed to have poor communication with each other (quoted me different prices and never called back on time). When the owner, Paul, checked out the laptop and reviewed the service I was getting, he called me and apologized and even gave a discounted price for the service. I'd recommend PC Nerds if you deal ONLY with Paul (the owner). He mentioned they were short-staffed at the time, so this was probably a big factor in the poor service. Therefore, if you do call PC Nerds, I'd recommend being very direct in your initial conversation about if they are busy and will have the time to fix your computer in a timely manner.

- Cons: Some staff members NOT friendly, service took longer than expected
