Persona is one of those shops that as soon as you walk inside, you feel brand new! The artistic design of the main shop at the Hotel Commonwealth will truly mesmorize you...its colorful, harmonic, and I don't know what they do over there, but it smells fantastic as well! Its almost like walking in a Spa! Like that wasn't enough, the staff is among the kindest, genuine, helpful people you could meet...but lets talk jewelry...my goodness... Persona is truly a "candyshop" for adults...you walk around and you lose yourself in the variety of collections displayed...best part about it? ANYBODY can afford a piece at Persona because they have pieces from $35 up!!!!!! Isn't that great!!!! Sooo...if you need to buy a present, you need to check out Persona...they also carry a bunch of lifestyle items such as candles, cards, bags, baby gifts...wow - what a "gem" to have in the city!!

Pros: Complimentary Valet Parking, Wide Price Range, Diverse Collection, Great Customer Service

What an amazing place and people. The feeling that you get once you walk into Persona Jewlery is as if you are in Heaven. The ambiance and amazingly designed and thought of atmosphere made us feel like we are in a different planet. But this was nothing until we were asked if we needed help. We never usually fall for sales people, but resisting Margarita along with her hospitality and simplicity and yet sophistication, made it impossible, because after speaking with her for about 5 minutes we felt like we were friends forever. It’s funny that we came into the store just to look around but we ended up leaving with the most amazing upgrade of my engagement ring that my husband gave to me 15 years ago (we were in Boston to celebrate our 15 year anniversary). We visited the store back in the beginning of August, but now that Gary finished the ring and my husband proposed to me once more:) and I cannot stop looking at this ring. What a difference!!!! Gary YOUR HANDS ARE AMAZING…form now on we will not be able to deal with anyone but PERSONA…..every penny was worth it!!! Gary and Margarita you guys are very special people in our hearts and Thank You so much for the complementary present ( I love that little Pendant or the red chain)…

Pros: Everthing about this place is positive

Cons: NONE

I've just stumbled upon the one-star review of Persona+ and am absolutely SHOCKED to see someone accuse them of selling a "fake platinum". I must go on the defense here! But before I do, I want to assure you that I'm NOT and employee, nor do I have any kind of relationship with anyone at the store. I am a customer. I have shopped at this store many MANY times and will voice my commitment as many times as possible. This is one of the best stores of its kind! Everything that is sold is authentic and top quality, and the service is top notch. The designer is the most honest person anyone will ever meet in their life time. They don't make 'em like that, that's for sure. I know at least a dozen people (including myself) who've done business with Persona, and every single one has been happy with their purchase. Anyone reading reviews of Persona, please do not let that one ridiculous and absolutely FALSE review stop you from going there.

Pros: Selection, customer service, interior

Cons: Parking sometimes

This was the last place I shopped at and wish that it was the first. Gary and Margarita gave crash course on diamonds and engagement rings with out any pressure. Service was timely & impeccable. Definitely Best in Boston, if not New England. Best part is that she loves it and said yes.

Pros: Gary & Margarita, Quality, Service and Parking

Cons: None

From the moment you walk in, it's like you've arrived at a familiar destination. If the staff doesn't know your name the first time, you can be sure they'll remember it months down the road when you stop back because you were so satisfied with your purchase. More than just jewelry, any of their shops around the city can provide you with that last minute gift, uniquely elegant specialty pieces or your every day staples of jewelry. Gary, the in-house designer can do anything...your price range, your ideas. I couldn't recommend this boutique style shop more!

Pros: Complimentary Valet, Quick repair/design work, Kind staff, In House designer

Cons: Only too many choices, no negatives

Amazing atmosphere, unique jewelry selection and welcoming staff is what makes Persona Jewelry a truly marvelous store. Fabulous decor, variety of jewelry and personalized attention perfectly describe this location. I had a wonderful experience and was happy to see array of astonishing jewelry with choices in white and yellow gold, delicate beads and chunky pieces, stunning diamond rings and cocktail rings. Relaxing atmosphere with soothing music on the background and warm welcoming of Joanne and Gary help me not to feel pressured or nervous about browsing the store. I definitely recommend Persona Jewelry for both small gifts for your girlfriends or the most important ring purchase of your life...

Pros: amazing customer service, variety of jewelry, gifts for friends and someone special

i was staying in the ritz carlton over thanksgiving break and stopped by the persona gift shop to buy some toothpaste. how i also ended up buying two bracelets and a pair of earrings is completely beyond me. i had never seen such a unique display of jewelry and knew that i would never find anything like them anywhere else. i get compliments from all my friends at school who constantly ask where i got my jewelry from. i smile because i know that what i’m wearing is one of a kind. for every professional shopper out there that's tired of generic shelf jewelry, persona is the best place to go for uniqueness!

At Persona Jewelry, I found the more than just the ring to sweep her off her feet. I found uniqueness, flawlessness, and perfection in jewelry and customer service. The lovely young couple who own the store, Gary and Margarita, gave me a quick but necessary jewelry tutorial, turning me into quite the jewelry connoisseur. They taught me everything from stones, settings, to quality, and were completely honest about pricing. The more you know about jewelry, the more confident you feel about choosing a piece, and the worthier the piece becomes to you. Thankfully, Gary and Margarita, provided a less intimidating approach to shopping for jewelry, and I ended up custom-designing –with much help from the in-house designer, Gary- a ring that will last a lifetime.

I visited about 6 places when searching for an engagement ring. For each place, I compared prices by asking for a quote for a standard platinum ring that had no special design. I then discussed with the store what I was looking for, which was something unique. Persona has some unique jewelry and moreover offers help in designing personalized objects. They listened to me and I liked their friendly, non-pushy approach. However, their price for the standard ring was double the price I was given at another store. I ended up choosing to buy a ring from designer Karina Mattei in Coolidge Corner.

Pros: personalized design

Cons: expensive

I was looking to get engaged. All us guys know how scary that is. A friend of mine told me about Gary at Persona. I went there after a couple of the branded stores. He was awesome he took his time and eplained everything. He taught me about diamonds we designed a setting together. I never felt so at ease. He is young and newly married so he knows what is like. He is an amazing craftsman and teacher. I would go to Persona for all my jewelry needs in heartbeat. Thank you guys for Everything. She Said Yes. See You Soon (wedding bands)

Pros: Educational, Well Priced, Flexible
