Avoid this unresponsive locksmith

I would urge others not to do business with this company that fails to deliver on its promises.

In the past few years, my wife and I have managed to lock ourselves out of our house, twice (shame on us), The first time they told us they couldn’t help us unless we came to them to get the key. Not what I wanted to hear, but OK.

Move forward 4+ years. This past Father’s Day we unloaded the car coming back from vacation and headed out to dinner. We locked ourselves out of the house, and we left our baby’s food inside (silly us) and he was hungry.

So I called them, left a message with the emergency number which said they would page someone (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Left my #, emphasized the baby issue and waited. 30 minutes later, no call, so I called again and used the paging service. Resonable tone. No yelling. No response. 30 minutes later my wife called and had them paged. No response.

We finally managed to break into the house. 2.5 hours later. Still no response from them.

So if you are looking for a responsive locksmith. Based on our experience. Look elsewhere.
