Loan Officer Gartland was exceptional. He was always there to answer our questions and address our concerns, day or night or really late night. (By phone or fax or in person. My wife wanted to meet him, she says she is a good judge of character) He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. My wife and I were first time buyers and needed to be walked through the whole process. He presented us with all of our options unlike the bank we almost signed with! We were skeptical at first about using a broker, but after being referred by a friend who had gone through them for a purchase and a refinance, we thought it couldn't hurt to at least listen. In the end we were glad we went with Mr. Gartland, we have our dream house and a new mortgage broker for life!!
Pros: Complete Knowledge of Mortgage Industry, Courteous follow up
Cons: parking is tough but you can do everything by email and fax

Steve Epstein is the best. He makes you feel like your is only customer. He goes out of his way to get your business. No fed-ex papers to your job....Steve goes over ALL paper work with you at your lunch time or even comes to your home at night. He hides nothing in the numbers, makes them plain and simple when explaining them to you. He is very quick at getting a closing and will only sell you what you can afford. I call him before I even think of buying any properites to get his toughts and knowledge of what is going on in the market place. He will be HONEST and not HUSTLE you. And he goes to the closings, how many brokers do that any more. If you making a half million dollar desicion don't you want to know you are not being taken for a ride when it comes to POINTS and FEES. Call Steve just for the conversation before you make a mistake.
Pros: Never had to visit their office
