The stylist couldn't have been less interested in cutting my hair. he spent all of 8 minutes doing it and it looked nothing like what I wanted. he didn't even use any product before styling. I'm sorry but the words : " When clients first come to me, I see at them on the outside, but really learn from them, and their styling desires by listening to what they feel on the inside. Their thoughts and insights, and their trust inspires me. And from it comes an understanding that drives my creativity, and pushes me to the leading edge of the art." is a bunch of garbage. I saw no inspriation in his work, and he barely spoke 2 words to me. How can you possibly understand what your client wants if you don't even speak to them??? I'm glad everyone else loves this place and was happy with their service. I got something that looks like it came out of supercuts, and paid top dollar. what a joke.
