I have to counter act that first post because it is SO worng. Must have been a once in a lifetime thing there because I've ALWAYS been pleased with Dancers Warehouse....so here goes
Dancers Warehouse is the perfect example of customer service at its best. I have been a faithful customer since 2002 when they opened and would follow them to the end of the earth. They really know what they are talking about since everyone on the staff is or was a dancer for the better part of their lives. They give honest and detailed opinions about their products and cater to your every need. We have all heard the phrase "the customer is always right." at dancers warehouse this is always true, without making you feel like that is their obligation. The customer is their top priority.
If they dont have something in stock, they order it for you. And it gets to you quickly. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them and will never shop anywhere else for my dance essentials.

Worst Dance Store Anywhere. These people are incompetent idiots. A MONTH ago, I ordered two dance belts. For the past week, I've been sending an email EVERY NIGHT to see what's up with my order. No response. It's almost impossible for me to call during the day, but I finally got a chance today. The first time, they hung up on me. The second time, after putting me on hold for a while, they explained that they've been trying to reach me, because only one of the belts is in stock. They couldn't figure out what to do, or how to send me an email, so they've just been sitting on my order waiting for God-only-knows what. The amazing thing is, when I placed my order (through the mail) I included TWO SEPARATE SELF-ADDRESSED envelopes in case they had to send them to me separately! Absolute idiots.…
