I had the pleasure of visiting an INXS Wireless store the other day. Given my lifeline was no longer beating I didn't know what I was going to do. The sales people at the store were knowledgeable and helpful and they had my phone working in no time. They were also able to suggest a plan based on my current usage that is already saving me money. I have been a T-Mobile customer for years, but I have never experienced better service.
Pros: mutliple locations, extended hours, knowledgeable
