Perfectly good hotel, good room, good service, good location parking lot way too small to accomodate guests when full.
Bad Solution #1: they repainted the parking lines in their lot so close together you'll want to climb out the sunroof, if you're lucky enough to have one.
Bad Solution #2: they had an "arrangement" with the wholesale liquor depot across the street that your guests can use their lot during off-hours. "Across the street" is a 6 line major thoroughfare (a highway), basically meaning you have to run across 6 lanes of heavy traffic. Have trouble running? Don't even consider it.
Proposed Good Solution #1: park your own vans and let the staff park in the liquor store lot across the street, leaving real spaces for paying guests.
Or don't expect them to come back.…
