Made moving seem almost like fun!

When I knew I would be moving I looked for online reviews of local moving companies and found that Mercury Moving and Storage Systems were consistently well reviewed.

I contacted the company by emailand filled out an estimate form online. From that point on communication was quick, friendly and professional. On the day of the move, the truck arrived promptly with 3 movers who worked quickly and efficiently and took great care wrapping and carrying furniture to ensure against damage. On the delivery end they were equally careful and made sure to put things where I needed them to be.

After hearing stories from family and friends of poor moving experiences I felt very fortunate to have found Mercury Movers and would recommend them to anyone.

on time, efficient and inexpensive

We needed to move our 2-bedroom apartment including many heavy, older pieces of furniture to our new home, with a stop along the way to pick up some items in storage. Mercury was easy to get in touch with, cordial on the phone, helpful over emails, efficient and polite guys day of move, everything put exactly where we needed it to be without going over our 8-hour time. We were very pleased. Highly recommend this service to others.

Highly Recommend this Moving Company

Mercury Moving showed professionalism from start to finish. A friend of a friend told me to contact Mercury. The sales process was responsive, accurate and fair. All of my questions and requests were responded to in no time. The day of the move was the best experience. The movers are professional, courteous, experienced and considerate. They worked dilegently, swiftly and took great care with my possessions. Moving day can be stressful enough, using Mercury Moving was the best move I could have made. THANKS to Gary and his crew! From now on, there is only one moving company for me.

5 Star Service

I had an excellent experience with this company. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. They gave me very personalized service that other movers said they would not offer - and they did not even charge extra.

The movers wrapped my belongings with exceptional care. My phone calls and emails were always answered promptly.

Best Customer Service

Mercury Moving has the best customer service I have experienced in years! I can’t remember the last time I felt a company really cared about me as a customer. From when I booked the job to the very end, these guys made me feel nothing but confident in their service. Oh, and besides treating me and my family so well (they even gave me a house-warming gift!) they also came in under budget and nothing got damaged in my 3 bedroom house move! I HIGHLY recommend Mercury for an easy move.

Mercury Moving is an excellent moving company with a courteous and professional moving staff. We have used Mercury several times and are always happy with the staff, timing, and job well done. The internal staff at Mercury is easy to deal with and more than willing to accomodate needs. Overall, the company operates well, is priced right, and turns moving into a hassle free situation. We have always been completely satifisfied and highly recommend Mercury Moving!

Mercury Movers were FANTASTIC

Great Movers - So Professional!

Showed up on time, worked continuously, even when left alone. I couldn't be happier, or more satisfied with the level of service provided. $117 an hour for two men. Broke down the furniture that needed to be, and put everything back together perfectly.

Feel confident booking a move with Mercury. 10 out of 10!!

Moved 30 years in 3 days! Great experience, good folks. Highly satisfied.

I have lived in the Worcester area for 30 years in a 3BR house. Needless to say, there was a lot of stuff!.. I saw the good reviews here about Mercury, and contacted them, along with a couple of other movers. Mercury was the most responsive and realistic of the bunch. Gary came out and helped scope out the effort. I definitely needed help packing! I was under time pressure as I was closing on the house, and needed to be moved inside of 2 weeks. I had a couple of their folks out on one day to help me pack. They were great, and helped guide me through the process. A couple of days later, much of the same crew came and packed me up, and delivered me to Maine the next day. During the move, I had asked them to unpack a large speaker on the first floor, and later asked them to move it to the second floor. In doing so, they nicked a wall, and they came to me and insisted that they show me what happened. It was not a big deal, but the fact that they made sure I knew it was different from other experiences I have had! To be sure, my move was not inexpensive, but in line with other quotes from reputable firms.. but on service, they came out way ahead!
