does not return calls or emails

I was booking a honeymoon to Tahiti with this travel agency. I was working with an agent both on the phone and by email. She gave me a quote. I asked to change a hotel. And then she just never wrote me back. I left several phone messages as well as emails asking if she was going to continue working with me and she just ignored them. Horrible customer service!
