We hired a car and driver for a whole week, while my sister underwent brain surgery and post-op recovery at MassGeneral. Whether we needed service at 5:00 am or 10:00 pm, the SAME driver was always there early waiting for us. Whether rain or shine, the driver had unbrellas to escort us and to help. Our driver was polite, respectful, and gracious. No matter how anxious my 80 year old mother was or how worried about the driver being available when we needed him (whether 2 minutes, 2 hours or 6 hours later), his response was always a delightful, "I will be right here waiting for you!"
