I brought in a Gore Tex jacket - told them not to dry clean, the label said don't dry clean, they agreed not to dry clean and then they dry cleaned it. $300 jacket gone. Getting $60 for the damage. I asked them to just look up in the records what they had done. To do that they made me fill out a claim and give them the jacket. I told them specifically not to do anything else to the jacket cause I knew someone who could try to fix it. They processed it again, although they lied and said they didn't but I know they did cause all the glue on the seams turned to sand and came pouring out when I picked it up the second time so now it is not possible to even attempt a repair. Also brought in a sweater with spots. They refused to tag the spots. Picked it up and the spots still there so they did it again. All but one spot gone. They wrote that they couldn't get that spot out. I brought it to Natick Cleaners and they got it out and said it was easy to get out! Where Zoots got this great rating I'll never know. And this was all done through headquarters so the particular drop off location of Zoots is irrelevant.
Cons: Lied, didn't read care labels, didn't follow instructions.
