Be in Harvard. Know true education.

Harvard is not the typical college, for sure. Once admitted, one would notice the reason the reason of the reputation that it has kept in the world's educational history. The university does offer high-paced courses, as it is known for, yet, the professors and TA's are very helpful. Most students are serious in school and out, but Harvard kids do know how to party. It is definitely not a boring college, and can offer you multiple "once-in-a-lifetime" experiences.

  • Pros: world-class curriculum
  • Cons: price

I'd send my kids . . .

Harvard was a tough experience. Going through it, however, will certainly improve anyone. The breadth and quality of students, faculty, etc. is astounding. One never feels like they made a mistake choosing to attend. Nevertheless, don't expect "Animal House" parties. They don't happen at Harvard.

  • Pros: reputation, location, student quality
  • Cons: expensive, difficult
