Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a mover...He is a small two or three truck company so he'll try to squeeze every last dollar out of you by tacking on hidden charges and will make it seem as if its your 'fault'...Don't be suprised if they show up at your door in a Budget rental truck on a 'busy' day with a couple of clueless college kids working their first day on the job..Not a good business man and an even worse communicator

Awesome Movers for Long Distance

This is a great company if you are moving long distance. I moved from Newton, MA to Texas and they made it one of the easiest moves I have endured. Most moving companies have given me several quotes but Road Warrior Moving was straight forward and up front from the beginning. Great customer service that kept me informed from start to finish.

Perfect Experience

We were extremely pleased with Road Warriors. We appreciated the free in-home price estimate. The movers arrived on-time and all 3 were extremely professional, careful and moved so quickly. They listened closely to all of our instructions of where boxes and furniture should go in the new place. Unpacking has been so much easier because all of the boxes were in the right rooms. And we couldn't believe that that they loaded and unloaded the truck in 2 1/2 hours- an hour under estimate!

Don't trust them--- you will regret

very bad experience.There is only one person answering the call, it's the owner.very rude.LATE. The appointment is 8:00 am but they didn't come until 10:20.In the appointment, he said to bring 10 boxes. but they came bare-handed. very very frustrated on last minute.Change your plan without letting you know: If in the appointment you want to have a truck with two men, expect to have three men instead tocharge you more since you can't change it on the last minute

they drove a rented BUDGET. Their company is in brighton, I am moving from brighton, and for the in-way trip, they charge $120. And out-way trip, they charge more. They will try to move at slower rate at the end, so they can reach the 4-hour minimum.Almost $1000.have to say the moving guys are nice and did pay tips. But the overall feeling is like being fooled.

Class act from start to finish. Accomplished move for almost half the cost for the same move 6 months earlier. The owber came oy and quoted the move himself, came out the day of the move to check on the service and followed up with apersonal thank you. I said I was the one who should be thankful. I a nutshell, wonderfully professional.

Late

I got several references, most of which were positive. A few, however, said that they were late, and that the owner was not good to deal with. I should have listened. The move itself went OK. A few items were damaged, but it wasn't too bad. What annoyed me is that the owner gave me a delivery date and then changed it without telling me. Luckily I had enough clothes. I wrote a letter of complaint, and he didn't even bother to respond. Not a classy outfit.

• Cons: Late, Damage, No Apology
