OK so some guy hits my car. I panic. I call a-z auto center and my car arrives at the shop 45 minutes later. I go in and immdediatly get waited on. You walk in and is like your family! After a short conversation i fill out some paper work and give them my claim # for my insurance company. GUESS WHAT?? Its that simple and care free. I am introduced to the team who is going to be working on my car. Everyone is so nice and understanding about my concerns. My wonderful autobody team called me with updates every few days and dealt with my insurance adjuster. All i had to do was sit back and relax. After my car was done I got a call right away. I picked up my car. When i got there i was greeted and they took them time to go over what was done and why. I recieved my keys and got into my car. Guess what!! my car was completly vaccumed and cleaned and it smells GREAT!! I am so satisfied that i would never go anywhere else. I would have my car taken there any day and I live on the south shore thats alittle more than 10 miles away from cambridge but its worth it. Dont make a mistake and go somewhere else. You will regret it!

Cons: Little parking. If you dont like to parallel park they will help you! just ask

Excellent! They are the best place to go for auto body repair work. They treated my Honda Accord well the two times I needed work done over the years.

Very attentive and specific to each individual needs. Not open on Saturdays but they still came out and appraised my car on that day just for me. Thorough at explaning every cost and details of work. Very professional and everything was fixed in a timely manner. When picked up: the car was cleaned/washed inside and out. The paint job was perfect (white is the hardest color to match). I also had small scratches and they cleaned that up for FREE! Very friendly. Best customer service.

Pros: Excellent quality of work, Best customer service!

Cons: waiting area is bit small

I was very wary of getting my car fixed after I had a horrible incident with a previous body shop. I was very careful in searching them out, mainly by using the reviews on this site, and I am glad I did. Take my word for it, the quality and service blew my mind, they used no after-market body parts; all new. Great customer service and helpful knowledgable staff....the car looks brand new. It almost makes me want to get into another accident so I can use them again. Thanks again guys! Jeff Anderson Arlington MA

I recently had some work down and I just wanted to say that Rui went above and beyond to make sure my experience was an enjoyable one. Not only does my car look brand new but the price couldn't be beat. I will recommend Rui and A-Z to everyone I know.

I recently had some body work done on my Saturn at A-Z in Cambridge. I've had to use them 3 times in the past 5 years, and they keep getting better at what they do. As always the level of professionalism and quality of work is above all others. Lee and Rui are always willing to work with the customer to ensure the best results. My expectations have been met and surpassed. That is not by accident, but by intent. At A-Z, they go the extra mile as a rule. When you need car care from minor dings or major collision damage, don't waste time and money going everywhere else, take your vehicle to A-Z Auto center in Cambridge and see the diffrence for yourself. Brought my car three weeks ago for repair of a broken manifold. Lee provided a reasonable estimate for replacement well below other repair shops and the work was performed swiftly without delay. I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of service, definitely will bring my car to A-Z Auto Center again.

Our Toyota Camry has been into this shop three different times, and the service and repair work quality has been excellent each time. In fact, they went out of their way to make sure the metallic gold paint, which is very hard to match, was painted and blended properly, as opposed to Herb Chamber Collision Center, which did a very poor job. You do sometimes have to wait a few extra days, but given the great job quality that comes out from this shop, it's well worth the wait. Roy and Lee have earned themselves a lifetime customer.

Pros: Excellent quality work

Cons: Slight delay sometimes, but worthwhile for the work quality
