I was a bit hesitant to visit this dealership after reading the reviews. I was upfront with them and told them I was only interested in 1 car.. The price was very good and they did everything that they said they would do prior to me picking the car up. I found Arman to be trustworthy and I appreciated him not using any used car sales tacticts. Tom (who I believe is the owner) was upfront and did exactly what he said he would do prior to me picking up the car. Lastly, Sherman handled the paperwork and answered all of my questions and concerns. This was the first used car that I have purchased and I would recommend this dealership to those who do their research and are looking for a specific car. The only negative I had was they did not get an inspection sticker for the car (I didn't ask, but I thought that would be done). Overall a good experience.
Pros: Great price - Arman and Tom were fair and honest
Cons: You are not getting a new car experience, but you shouldn't expect that. Somewhat transactional

Whoever wrote the previous review has to be lying, not only did the Dedham Auto Mall provide me with excellent service and give me a great deal on an absoluetly flawless 2003 Audi, but I asked them about that other review and they said that there was never a Volvo that they bought back in there many years in the area, and if they sold a car that they had an issue with it, they would have taken care of it. I asked for proof, and they showed me all of the files of deals that had some type of issue with after the sale, and not only was there only a couple of them, they all had been well taken care of. The guys at the Auto Mall said that there seems to be someone who doesn't like them, because in a review on another site, someone had made similar false claims using the manager's name as the reviewers name and wrote in such vague and ambiguous terms that it seemed almost disgusting that some people would write slanderous comments just for the fun of it.
Pros: Great selection and price, great service
Cons: the only thing that I can think of is that when I bought my car, it was so busy, that I had trouble finding a parking spot

I purchased a Volvo at Dedham Auto Mall. The car was in a serious collision even though the carfax report was clean. The DAM knew it had frame damage because I found out it was tagged at the auction where Dedham Auto Mall purchased it. I was able to use the Lemon Law to get my money back but it was a long proceedure that ended up costing me money as I had to prove my case. They have other Auto Mall locations but are reluctant to tell you that they are related. I was not the only disatisfied customer. I drove by their location and witnessed another customer holding a sign stating not to buy from Dedham Auto Mall.
