the reviews on this website are 1/2 unhappy / crazy customers venting their anger and 1/2 merchants creating false reviews to offset the bad reviews. this site removes itself from the equation and provides poor patrolling of their allowed posted content. Responses to false information or defamitory content never seem to be addressed. Only those sites that pay citysearch for advertising seem to shine in a brighter light.
Pros: most people dont bother to look at this website
Cons: some do look at this website and probably believe the reviews
