I am so very pleased with Elans day spa. I was in last week for a facial, and wax. (Brazilian) and for all the women out there who have had Brazilians done then you know just how awkward those can be. She made me feel very comfortable and it was all over in less then 10 minutes FABULOUS! Then on to the most amazing facial I have ever had.(I have been many many placed before including top end spas all over Boston) I saw a new employee there her name is Janine. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a spa. She is definitely a rare find in the spa industry I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience. Miss mom of two

Cons: can't go every day!!
