I stayed at the Ritz Boston Common for my first anniversary. All I had to do was tell them that, and they took it from there. We had a room on the 12th floor - the club floor. Because of our anniversary, they gave us huge dark chocolate-covered strawberries and a handwritten card. This card was amazing - full of thought, a full paragraph wishing us a great anniversary. The Club Lounge was amazing: very tasty asian fusion, desserts, drinks, all included. Five different meals from breakfast to after-dinner chocolates and cordials... need I say more? Well I will - when the concierge found out it was our anniversary, he opened a bottle of champagne for us ... on the house! When we returned to our room, there were rose petals all over the bed and bathtub. We made good use of it. Believe me - an unbelievable experience!

great restaurants, great location, amazing spa/health club, the rooms are incredibly comfortable (huge, think beds, bose stereo, beautiful view), unparalleled service
