19th-century South End townhouse houses one of the city's most popular B&Bs, albeit one with only four guest rooms.
What a treat!

My guest and I arrived a bit early but it was no problem. They were VERY professional, it was the *cleanest* B&B I've ever stayed in...they answered all my questions and were just great guys all around.
I will be sure to stay there *Every* time I visit Boston. Why stay in a hotel when you can be treated like royalty?!
- Pros: clean, unique, professional, location location location, friendly staff, great breakfast
- Cons: parking
ENCORE, ENCORE, ENCORE...

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend at Encore B&B and absolutely adored it. Very well decorated with clean facilities, excellent service, delicious breakfast, beautiful location, and romantic. We felt very much at home while staying at this B&B and would recommend it to any and everyone. Everything about this place was perfect, all the way down to our room having EIGHT wall outlets, more than enough for the techies such as myself. We didn't want to leave....
TIP: Ask for the Albee Room with the Balcony, it has a beautiful front view of the neighborhood.

You'll Want to Live at Encore B&B

We've just had a most wonderful 4-day stay at Encore B&B. Upon arrival, Reinholt upgraded our room so that we wouldn't be bothered by the noise of construction going on outside of the room we requested. This was EXTREMELY THOUGHTFUL of him, we didn't even ask. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. They are decorated using contemporary furniture and colors, so hip that you'll want to live there, I do. The neighborhood, South End, is wonderful; lots of great restaurants and only one block away from the subway. If you choose to stay at Encore, you will not be disappointed, Reinholt will make sure of it.
- Pros: Inexpensive, Clean, Great Location
A Hidden Gem

3 wonderfully decorated and comfortable, NEW, spotless, musical composer themed rooms, REAL breakfast, full, savory coffee and the NICEST hosts ever (especially Reinholt). Great location.
- Pros: Upscale interior, great location, terrific breakfast
South End's Best kept Secret

Being a business traveler I found Encore B&B to be a pleasant surprise. I found it to be the perfect place to stay while visiting Boston on business (And so I have done ever since my first visit). Encore B&B is like a home away from home - a feeling a business traveler can appreciate. The attention to details begins with the design and decor and follows with the matching linen and flowers, cleanliness and comfort. Last but not least, is the great atmosphere and consistency in service exhibited by the innkeepers personal touch and attention to the guests needs. - Shai
- Pros: Service, Cost/Performance, Class
Hats off to Randolph......

If you want to escape the big hotels and find something comfortable and hidden. This is the historic red walkup - owned by a Gay couple and located in the South End of Boston (which has alot of great restaurants located on Tremont St./1block over) is the place to stay - excellent, friendly, and prompt service. Emmaculate and spacious rooms. And the breakfast - 10 times better that breakfast at the Ritz.....thank you Randolph for an amazing stay...
- Pros: Room Size, Service, Breakfast
