I know why they're closing, it's because their sales people are so terrible. Every time I walk in, I see the sales girls who think they're hot **** bc they work in an overpriced store whose stuff falls apart. They are always clustered together, bitching about one of the other girls whose not working that day. I have never been greeted, or gotten any friendly overture at either of the Newbury St locations, although at the pru one of the girls was nice. I guess it makes sense that the worst sales people gravitate to the same store.
