A proud venture of the MDC, Massport and private support, this free summer sailing program on South Boston's Castle Island is open to all interested children ages 8 to 17 who pass a swim test and successfully complete the week-long training course.Located near Fort Standish, the no-frills, fenced-in lot houses 30 boats, which accommodate introductory to advanced levels. Neat panoramic views of Boston Harbor provide the backdrop.
