Help us welcome back Valter Fissore of Cogno Winery, from Novello in Piemonte for a wonderful evening of amazing wine and food. Chef Josh Ziskin will put together a special multi-course traditional Piemontese meal paired with the fine wines of Cogno. Diners will enjoy Cogno Winery’s Tre bicchieri winning Barolos from the Ravera vineyard, amongst other traditional barberas, dolcettos and Barolos. The Ravera Barolo comes from the most important cru in Novello: a terroir that expresses itself through the fineness of the perfumes, the delicious flavours and its great complexity.

A special dessert has been created for this cause by our very own pastry chef! Proceeds raised from the purchase of each dessert will be shared with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Bakes for Breast Cancer, Inc. to be used in the fight against breast cancer.
