I have been in My Friend's Place several times and have noticed that the customer service is just bad. They don't even greet you when you walk in the door. I am a shopper who doesn't like to be bombarded by sales people, but would appreciate an offer for a dressing room. The last time I went in there were two girls working and I was the only customer in the store. Not only did they not acknowledge my presence, but I stood rite in front of them waiting to check out before they noticed I was ready to check out. I bought something, but left mad at myself for buying from such a rude staff. There is no excuse for that. That will be the last time I ever shop there. It is a shame they have such cute clothes.

The merchandise is tacky and the service is nonexistent. A garment I bought there fell apart, and when I contacted the store by telephone to politely enquire about either a return or a store credit, the owner got on the line and yelled at me. The clientele seemed very white trash.
