I would love to give a positive review since there are very few natural hair salons in Boston. However, I was completely disappointed with the owner/ stylist. My twists were flat and lifeless and she increased the price she quoted me and did not tell me until the service was done. If she had given me the option, I would have stayed home and done my hair myself. Instead, she did my hair and waited until after the service was completed to give me a different price. So I basically left the salon paying more than I anticipated for a style I had to go home in redo. The only positive statements I can give is in the regards to the decor and parking availability... I would not recommend wasting your money here.
