I have to say I'm incrediably unhappy.
I was excited to spend an hour getting a facial after a very difficult week. I did my research and read about citrus online. I bought a living social deal for an hour long element facial. I live in cambridge, which is a long trek via train but I thought it would be.worth it. I left early for my 5:45pm facial to ensure I was on time. I got a call at 4:50 from.the salon asking if I could reschedule...ah..no. I explained I was already on my way, and the rep told me to still come in as planned. I arrived early, but I was happy to wait. However, my appointment started 35 minutes late. Fine, it happens. Rosana was nice, but it was evident that she was rushed.the entire time. Nothing felt good. No relaxation. She pretty much just threw as much on me as quickly as possible. No extraction. Minimal massage. I was unhappy when I got up, but I was furious when I looked at the clock. I was holding my phone when she called me in so I looked at the time: 6:24pm. When I got up, it was 6:56pm. My facial was a little over 30 minutes. Id be ok with 55 or even 50, but 32!?!? See, I told you, anger! I tipped, because I always do, but it was a small one.
Im planning on calling living social tomorrow plus the spa manager. I left feeling unimportant, rushed and sorry that I had spent my money and time here. So much for some much needed relaxation.
