Will never use this agency. They are downright rude and obnoxious. Their attitude alone makes me want to use anyone else. Clearly no attempt at customer service and their sense of entitlement is off the charts. When they attempted to reach me and I was unable to come to the phone, an agent left a message that said " you are so difficult to reach, it is impossible to work with you." Who says stuff like that to a potential client. Dealt with Paul who constantly sounds like he is exasperated at every question and request. He needs to get his panties out of the bunch they are in and learn to speak to clients better.
