GET OIL FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN FAWCETT OIL CO.. We have been customers of Fawcett Oil Co. for more than 40 years. We have both Automatic delivery and Service contracts with them. 3 to 6 times each year they fail to deliver oil to us in a timely manner. Their response time to leaving 3 elderly families in our house WITHOUT HEAT OR HOT WATER can be up to 24 hours. It also takes more than 1 call to get someone out to us even though the problem stems from their incompetence. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER FAWCETT OIL CO. ANYONE ELSE WOULD APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS AND LOYALTY.
