Service with a Tude!. I am not sure if customer service skills are required to get a job here, however they are certainly not part of the job. I ordered over the phone and was met with a person who I do not think understood my extra questions and then just said 15 minutes when he didn't know what to say and hung up. When I went to pick up my order the little dark haired girl, who had already proven her lack of customer service skills on prior visits, ignored me waiting at the counter as she joked with her colleagues for about 5 min. When she finally acknowledged me, there was no thank you for your business or smile or even a have a good night. As a matter of fact, I received a nasty glare when I dared to ask for a bag to carry my food. I kindly thanked her for the bag and the attitude. She immediately responded by calling me an *ss*ole. I cannot believe the residents of Ctown tolerate this type of service.

Cold food, late deliveries, rude staff. MISERABLE service. Be prepared for wait times exceeding one hour even if you live 0.16 miles away. They are dismissive and rude over the phone and any calls to them after you initial order are met with severe attitude. If cold pizza and soggy french fries are your thing, you'll be happy with this place, otherwise save yourself the pain.
