This is a great service when weather is bad or it's rush hour...saves your loved ones from doing serious battle with airport traffic (which really is a big deal at Logan). The ride is on the expensive side for public transportation ($12 one way), but it does provide door-to-door service, which is a plus over the T. Very worth the money...there's a Dunkin' Donuts inside the terminal in case you're hungry or need somewhere to warm up while you wait for the other half of your ride.

They were great! I phoned them the night before I needed to be at the airport. They arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time the next morning, gave me a call to let me know he was outside, and got me to the airport quickly, safe and sound. Will definitely be calling them again.

Honest, efficient and reliable.. I hesitate to book a car to go to the Airport no matter how reliable the service is. We use Boston Coach a lot at work and one time I decided to use them for an early trip to Logan Airport when I ended up driving myself after more than 30 minutes wait. Earlier this month I had a surgery and I didn't feel like driving myself at 4:00 AM to the Airport. I looked up some services in Boston area and I chose to hire Transportation of New England. I've been very annoying calling them every little while to confirm my reservation, I was really feeling insecure since it was a damn early pick up and I can't drive my car in case they don't show up. I say the truth, those people are worth getting all the business. Every time I called to confirm my reservation, the operator was very nice about it and assured me that they wouldn't let me down. The driver was the nicest ever; arrived 15 minutes earlier, he put my rolling bag in the trunk and drove as slow as he could when he knew I was still under the surgery's impact. This service deserves a salute.

Highly Recommended!!!. The reservation was pretty easy, they only requested my name, cell phone number and airline information. My flight got delayed for 3 hours, I was supposed to be landing in Boston by 10:00 PM, they kept the driver waiting at the Airport until after midnight and they didn't charge me any extra.
