#1 asked for the managers name...
#2 looked for displayed licenses (none displayed)
#3 customer was "shorted" 20 minutes on my time (when a "member" walked in because evidently "members" get to have multiple therapists serve them like a brothel) and he was forced to pay for the time he did not received by the lady at the desk threatening to call the police (after he tried to explain its not a police matter but a civil matter, the police swarmed the place and couldn't believe this woman made such an event out of this $14.00 extra she was demanding from the customer (customer at that point simply paid the extra $14.00 so the police did not have to spend their time on such an insignificant matter.
#4 I suggest you rethink how you treat customers and how you treat the American Justice System and the Police Dept. in your town because if you continue these practices it wont take long for people to stop using your services (there are far to many others who ARE willing to provide quality and fair service and who would treat customers with alot more respect then the viciousness i witnessed at your facility in Canton.
