Great for cleanings (if they remembered to turn the sterilizing equipment on the night before...) but stay away from the dentist herself, she is THE most incompetent "professional" I have ever encountered. From numbing the wrong side of my mouth (twice) to having a minor cavity fixed only to need a root canal a month later because of sloppy dentistry. B.t.w. how come dentist are not liable for doing a bad job?

Free x-rays as a new patient is a great way to rope you in but you'll get a whole list of things you should have fixed a.s.a.p. costing many, many $$$ and oh, you'll need a new tooth brush; guess what sold right here at Aspen dental $200+.

Seriously, get a second opinion if you do decide to go here (you shouldn't!), have the work they tell you you need asap isn't necessarily at all or at least isn't urgent (time for your insurance to catch up with your real needs). I don't know if this isn't enough to deter you from going to this dentist go see for yourself but make sure you talk to the dentist, ask her some random question and see if she "understands". I know, pretty random but just do it, you'll know what your in for.

exceptionally good experience. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist because of past bad experiences.But i have to say that It was an exceptionally good experience i had at the Hanover dental office.Dr Sagar was very professional ,empathetic and most off all very gentle . She took the time to listen to my past fears and assured me that things would be different here and sure enough they were.It did not hurt at all.Everyone in the office is pleasant and warm.Even when i go for follow ups i am treated with the same warmth as if i had walked in the first day.I must say I am not afraid of going to the dentist anymore especially this one.

I'll Never trust another Dentist office. After a Sudden Problem with my mouth the week before i was planning to move out of state. I had to find a Dentist. I gave Aspen dental a call figuring it was going to be exactly like the last experience i had with another "chain" dental Office.

Boy was i wrong. I called in the morning hoping they could see me some time during the week or next week... well i got an in that Day and there was no charge, Seriously NO CHARGE.... they took all my x-rays and brought me right in to see the dentist. I'll be honest they didn't give me good news, However they where honest and told me what would happen if i didn't get sme things done.

The Office Manager sat with me finguring out prices. Explaining different options i had Financing, Discount programs, She set up and appointmentt for the next day to get me back in with the peridodontist to see exactly where i stood, They both sat down with me and told me what could be done in the mean time. to save my teeth untill i could afford the more exspensive procedures i need AND took me right then and there for what could be done that day, No waiting no coming back another day! When they got down they set another appointment for the next day to get me back in to continue. Three appointments in three days is unheard of in most dental offices.

The office manager also took the time to look into the state i am moving to and finding me all the Aspen Dentals in the state and highlighted the brand new ones for me

Aspen Dental goes above and beyond any dentist office i have ever been to. you have to check them out.
