Useless. If I could, I'd give this
company no stars.
They didn't inform me that our building had bedbugs, and when we got them in our apartment it was too late. I've been homeless for weeks, my stuff is ruined, and I've thrown away most of my clothes.
I've never felt this run-down and miserable, and they are NO help - not answering phones, not emailing back about bedbug problems. I don't know what to do or where to go, and I really feel like this company has ruined my life.
Don't bother with them, you'll only end up with scars and you'll have to get rid of everything you own. Disgusting.

Stay Away & DO NOT Do Business With This Company.
Boston Realty Works > JB Property > Premier Property, it's all the same over & over again and if you look them on with the Better Business Bureau you'll find nothing but a horror show.
Unprofessional, mis management of funds, lack of transparency in book keeping practices, horrible contractors, it all adds up to nothing bu trouble with this company.
Do not hire them to mangage your building, small or large, PERIOD!
