Mr. Kelley made the process about as simple as it could be taking our huge list of desires and finding places that fit our criteria and budget. We ultimately ended up getting a great deal on a place that I thought would be too expensive after looking at their website. He called each of the places and found out what their special rates were and had a whole binder full of information waiting for us on our tour day. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. Thank you so much.

great job. Our agent at Boardwalk really knows his stuff. He is patient, hard-working, and very nice. We emailed back and forth quite a bit and he found me the perfect place. He kept me calm when I started freaking out about finding a place. I would highly recommend Boardwalk!

Professional. Kelly was always professional, his presentation of condo enticed many offers considering the current market, and we felt we got an excellent price on it. I would definitely use Boardwalk Properties for their service again.

Great help. They helped my brother and I with the short sale of our home. Agent was in it for the long haul. My brother and I owned a home together and the logistics were a nightmare. He was very aggressive in his pricing and attentive to our needs, as well as the particulars of our circumstance.

Highly recommended. I was looking to rent a house in Cambridge close to MIT, I was kind of confused until I met Al Esteves from Boardwalk Properties. He had a great listing he showed great houses with very fair prices. He was truly helpful. I really recommend Al as an agent to look for a house in Boston area. He has great listings. Excellent Overall Experience!. I'm a Northeastern University student who has lived on campus for the past 2 years. The apartment search process was new to me. I met JT through a friend of a friend who told me she knew a really good realtor. I had gone out with a few already and I was extremely impressed by the amount of properties Boardwalk Properties had to offer. JT showed us tons of places in Mission Hill and when we chose the one we wanted he was knowledgable and attentive. I could always count on a response to an email, text or call within 30 minutes maximum. He replied at 7:30AM one day and 11:45PM another day. A lot of the other realtors we worked with were typical salesmen, but working with JT was great because he's smart young and competent, unlike a lot of other realtors. Thanks!
