I have used Ed and Boston Entry Only to sell 2 properties (my house and my wife's condo) and I couldn't be happier. Ed is amazingly responsive and made the process easy and painless. As long as you are realistic about what you price your house at you will sell it just as quickly as if you were represented by a broker. We saved thousands of dollars on both transactions and will do it again for sure. One tip...don't waste your time doing open houses. Serious buyers will contact you either directly or through their buyer's broker. Open houses will frustrate you and cause you to second guess selling it yourself. Open houses are only good for the listing broker who sits there and tries to convince attendees to either use them to sell their own house or represnt them in the purchase of another house. We listed our house with BEO and had 3 offers the first weekend. For reasons that had nothing at all to do with Ed and his service, those didn't work out, but we reactivated our listing and it only took a couple of weeks to get another good offer that did. Throughout, the process went very well and Ed was remarkably responsive ... I'm not sure they ever sleep over there. Fantastic deal and I heartily recommend them to anyone.

It was a pleasure working with Ed at Boston Entry Only. Ed was always available by phone to answer any questions I had about the listing procedure and was very patient explaining how it all works. The price of the service is exceptional considering the thousands more it costs to list with a traditional broker. Do yourself a favor and take the time to prepare your home for sale, take high quality pictures, and get an independent appraisal to help price it right. I didn't even have time to plant the For Sale sign Ed provided for my yard...I had an acceptable offer within five days of listing and closed just over a month later! From start to finish, Ed was on top of everything related to the MLS listing. I highly recommend Ed and Boston Entry Only if you want to sell your home and save thousands in the process!

I found these guys through Zillow and they helped me get my FSBO onto the MLS. Sent in my order on Friday afternoon and Ed worked that night to get it online so my open house the next day would be more successful. Ed was helpful, proactive, prompt and professional. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. P.S. My house closed this week, FSBO. Thanks Ed!

I recently closed on the sale of my home. Ed Wong was very helpful in making this a quick sale without paying a RE broker. Contact Ed at Boston Entry and you will have a knowledgeable resource on your side. Save money and get a feeling of empowerment from selling your house without paying a huge commission to anyone. Its your home take all the money on the table yourself.

We just successfully sold our house and listed with Ed Wong on Boston Entry Only. Ed was patient, responsive, and helpful with us as we get our listing up. I will say that the process of selling your own home without an agent is not for everyone. It take time, focus, business and marketing sense. But it can be a great adventure and can save you considerable money. Ed's help was essential for us to be successful in our sale.

Boston Entry Only review. We had a great experience with Boston Entry Only.

After buying our Southie condo in the summer of 2008 our property value was mostly treading water and we were not willing to pay a full 5% and take a loss on the equity we had built up. Ed Wong and Boston Entry Only provided access to MLS and a number of 3rd party websites for a very reasonable fee. Throughout the listing process Ed was easily accessible, often responding to emails in under a half hour. We found his accessibility and reasonable fee to be more than worth it. Ed personally brought a couple to view our home and was very professional and personable during the showing. It was a pleasure working with Boston Entry Only, and we would highly recommend their services.
