After buying our Southie condo in the summer of 2008 our property value was mostly treading water and we were not willing to pay a full 5% and take a loss on the equity we had built up. Ed Wong and Boston Entry Only provided access to MLS and a number of 3rd party websites for a very reasonable fee. Throughout the listing process Ed was easily accessible, often responding to emails in under a half hour. We found his accessibility and reasonable fee to be more than worth it. Great experience. Saved me tons of money. Ed was very responsive and always made updates in a timely manner. Obviously have agents come in and give you their whole schtick...and let them give you their estimate. They're lowballing. Do your own investigation and price it accordingly . Go to Boston Entry Only and list it. You'll be more informed and more devoted to selling your property than any of these agents. Then hire a good lawyer to guide you after you've accepted the offer.…
