Ets\Exceptional Limos

Customer Beware. We used this company for a limo service into and out of Logan Airport for an international flight. Well, while our trip into the airport was flawless, timely pickup, and drop off at the correct terminal, our return trip from the airport was another story. I sent some feedback to the company about my disappointments, I received a literal game of "he said she said" about my complaints. We exited the airport to where the limo chauffeurs were located with their signs, and saw no one bearing our name. Mind you we returned from a much warmer climate and arrived in a nor'easter with a couple of inches of snow on the ground and freezing rain and snow falling, while wearing summer attire. After rummaging around to locate the number for the company to see where our driver was, we are greeted by a driver walking across the parking lot saying, "sorry, I lost track of time." This followed by not being able to get the heat working, and the driver offering absolutely no help, totally ended my day on the wrong foot. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable service. It will suffice for a set of wheels to and from a location, but not much more. My additional response to my comments was that we should have noted the upgraded limo, because the one that we were supposed to have was already booked by someone else...WHAT?! Whose fault is that? And that our chauffeur did not realize (or look apparently) that our flight was an international one, and that he went to the wrong terminal!…

Great service. I used Exceptional Limo for transportation on my Wedding Day. Diane was very helpful over the phone and accommodating to our requests, which included multiple pick-ups and drop-offs of varying groups.

The vehicle was clean, in good shape, and what we were told we would be receiving. Our driver was friendly and helpful at all times. I recommend using their services.…

Best Limo Company in Boston!!. I highly recommend exceptional limousine!! The driver was prompt, professional, friendly without being in the way, and even assisted with directing the attendants down the aisle! The company's prices are also extremely reasonable -- about half what many other local companies charge! They even gave us a discount on a town car to our hotel after the reception. I have had several friends use this company for their weddings, and they all had a similar experience. The women in the office I think her Diane was extremely professional and her attention to detail was amazing! If your looking for a limo company to handle your wedding service or to just take you to the airport Exceptional is the company for you!…

WARNING you will not get the car you ordered. Warning I used these people once and it worked ....BUT we ordered a town car for our wedding and they substituted a truck and never told us ...the owner just told me " hey Carl we can substitute any vehicle we want BY LAW ...I guess we should have told you here is 100 bucks that's all I am going to do" So if you are planning a special event and need a special car do not use this company ...We got burned on our wedding a once in a life time event .... if you choose to use them and they show up in a truck ....do not say you were not WARNED...also the owner is the last person on this earth who will tell the truth..he kept telling me it was my fault until one of the women that worked there told me it was their mistake.…
