Excellent!!!. I have long straight hair and know that it's very very hard to find a good hairstylist who can and like to do a proper hair updo/ halfdo/ whateverdo. I don't like most of the salons on Newbury due to high prices and parking issue. So, when I came to Fulham salon, I was so amazed by Christopher's work. He managed to curl my super-soft hair and did a wonderful elegant updo! Chris, thank you very much, I was so happy with my updo! I received lots of compliments that evening for my hairstyle. I'm sure that other hairstylists shall be very skillful as well. I wish this place to prosper!

Just wanted to update my review with big gratitude to Igor and his yesterday work with my hair. I came to him with an approximate idea of my new haircut with fringe. He geniusly adapted the idea to my face shape and did a brilliant work! I feel so fresh and beautiful with my hairstyle. The athmosphere in this salon is great! They are real team.

Great salon -- excellent service. My favorite salon ever -- Alex P is the best! I am very hesitant about having my hair cut -- I am usually disappointed. Alex is patient, competent, creative and wonderful -- she cuts my hair so that the shape lasts and lasts and has made lots of suggestions to help me improve the look of my very dry hair. I just sprung for a keratin treatment with her and WOW! Highly recommend -- everyone here is nice, low key, not pushy and super competent.

Fulham Salon. I have been going to the Fulham Salon for five months now and I am extremely happy with my choice. The Salon is pleasantly decorated, and the staff is very kind and attentive to each of the clients' specific needs. Most importantly, the staff is very competent. The Salon's owner, Igor, does superb work. If you snub anything that is not in Newbury Street or vicinity, check Igor's credentials on the website and you'll have to reconsider. He's been there and done that, and he is still doing it better in Newton now. Igor's haircuts last long, a far cry from the cuts that look good on you for just a couple of days. The haircuts at the Salon are tailord to each client, so that you won't have the feel when leaving the Salon of having an impersonal, even if beautifully executed, haircut. I do not think there is anything in The Boston area that matches Fulham Salon in terms of price quality. Highly recommended. Luisa

Thank you Alex!. Went to Fulham Salon for the first time last week after purchasing a Living Social voucher. Everyone at the salon was really warm and friendly. Alex spent time with me before the cut to find out what I was looking for and to make suggestions. She also taught me some of her styling tricks so I would be able to do my hair at home. Alex was very sweet and easy to talk to, and I love my haircut!

Very Happy!. Just want to say thanks to Igor for a great first Fulham Salon experience. The very calming, non-stressful appointment was a nice change from my last appointment elsewhere. Having just moved, finding a new stylist is always a bit tricky. Thanks so much again and looking forward to the foil!!!! See you soon!!

Great Stylists, Highlights and Price. This place is great! Excellent stylists at a reasonable price. Igor does a great job with blonde highlights and is extremely likable, as are all the staff at Fulham Salon. I highly recommend checking it out.

fulham salon. i went here because i got a deal on living social, and i work in the area. i was scheduled on the day and time that i requested and they put me with Twee because they said she is great with layering. the salon is sparkly clean and very nice atmosphere, also everyone in the place greeted me with a nice smile and a hello. loved Twee and love my new haircut and the way she blew it dry- and i never like the way anyone blow dries my hair ( i must be picky!) anyway, i will be back to Twee!

I love my gorgeous hair!. I am a longtime client of Igor Vasilijuk's who is the owner/Director of Fulham Salon. I found him on a whim when he was on Newbury Street and my regular stylist couldn't fit me in. I love his hair cuts. I find myself staring at every reflective surface I come across for days after he has cut my hair.

I trust him completely. I sometimes take photos for inspiration of cuts from magazines, his judgement is always significantly better than what I think I want. As he is able to touch my wavy/curly hair and discuss maintenance, daily styling time and products, he gives me a beautiful haircut that is feasible for my lifestyle.

My favorite aspect of his cut is that it grows in beautifully.

Tending to clients around the world- from London to LA, he has dreamed for years and worked hard to open his own salon. Also being a part of the Wella hair product line he and the entire salon staff are continually educating themselves on the newest techniques and technology of the industry.

I truly love the experience of sitting in his chair for my haircut...and the joy it gives me for a long time afterwards of having gorgeous hair!

A hidden 'gem' right in Newton. I just had a cut, color, and blow dry with Igor and as usual, I feel rejuvenated! He is an extremely talented stylist with a strong passion for his work. Through my conversations with him, it is obvious that he is very knowledgeable about hair issues and will recommend the most suitable products for your hair. His cuts have an edgy appeal, which to me puts him a notch above some of the other stylists I've experienced on Newbury Street. The atmosphere in the salon is great and the staff are all friendly and courteous. I'm glad I don't have to commute to crowded Newbury street in Boston anymore!

I NEVER give reviews but will for FULHAM. So I am pretty anti-giving reviews but after my experience at Fulham last night I need to share with the world. I went in for something pretty simple ( just a wash and blow dry), but I have never left a salon feeling so much better about my appearance than I did when leaving Fulham. Danielle was very professional but also friendly and conversational. She gave me a scalp massage while shampooing and conditioning my hair. She explained all the products she was using, and, even better, why she was using them. I didn't feel rushed, or unimportant even though I wasn't getting anything spectacular done. I could tell she really enjoyed working here. All the stylists and staff at this salon are friendly and down-to-earth. Some salons just have a weird stuck up, better-than-you vibe but not this one even though it is in Newton. Anyway... not one to usually review but I will absolutely be returning here and thought I should share my experience. OH and don't forget to ask for Danielle if you want a scalp massage!
