Great place, great service, Very happy I was able to get the car for the same price as advertised on their website with out any hidden down payment or bait and switch. Very reputable dealership. Family owned and operated. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Sold me a lemon STAY AWAY. They are all rude people.. They fooled me into buying a lemon. My wife and 20 month old son got stuck on the side of 128 with a dead car and they will not help me. They continue to ignore my calls and will not assist in anyway. STAY AWAY!!

From the minute I walked onto the lot the staff was helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. I ended up working with Steve Page who is truly an awesome guy. He was friendly and actually cared about me, my family and what we were looking for. He in no way tried to push me into one certain vehicle and worked with me until I drove off the lot happy as can be. I would recommend North End Motors to anyone who is looking for a no pressure car dealership with wonderful and enthusiastic car salesmen. Steve Page even sent me an email on my birthday saying happy birthday which I was not expecting at all. Thanks for everything Steve!

Love this dealership!. If your looking for a car, shop here!! Also, ask for Gordon as your sales man he will make you feel comfortable, and will allow you to take your time to make a big decision. They have a big inventory and Gordon knows the cars in it, so he can find what you are looking for!! I love my 08 Dodge Caliber!

Great Customer Service. I just got bought a Jeep Patriot at North End Motors and could not have had a better experience. They were the first dealership I visited, so I wanted to test drive a few other cars before I made a purchase. After visiting a few other dealerships, it became clear to me that the guys at North End Motors easily offer the best customer service experience in the area. Both Gordon and Mike, my sales guys, took excellent care of me and made the process of buying my first car easy and enjoyable. I recommend starting and ending your search for a car at North End Motors. You will not be disappointed.

First Class North End!. Everyone at North End made me feel so comfortable with very own first purchase. As a full time student, cost and style was most important. Luckily, Dan A narrowed down the vast options of cars on the lot to a few cars that were perfect for me, and have a great history of being useful and reliable cars. After a few days of debating which great car I should leave with, I made the best and most important decision yet! If I ever have any questions or concerns, I have several people I can call at North End who will make me their first priority. North End is a first class business!

My favorite Salesman. Who do you know that can listen to you ramble about random stuff and still figure out what kind of car you need and like? Can't think of anybody? Go talk to gordon at North End Motors and he will listen thoughtfully and make sure that you don't leave dissappointed.

New Englands Best Used Car Dealer!. the more i think back on my experience at north end motors, the more I like them. I mean, how many times have you been to a dealer that only wants your money? These guys are about more than just selling you a car. I felt like family when I was there. You can relax while buying a car there. I'm definitely gonna go see them later when I decide to trade in my new car.

Ask for Gordon M!. Lots of cars to look at and test drive. Wasn't really looking forward to buying a used car, but had to after a recent car accident.

Gordon was patience and helpful, really listened to what was important to me in the car I was looking for. We test drove a few cars but I wasn't really happy with the cars themselves, they just weren't the right ones for me. Eventually found the right car for me - like in the Goldilocks and the 3 Bears story, it was just right!

Highly recommended.
