Their service was impeccable for my wedding this past month. The driver Tyrone was very polite and professional, I was very impressed. I complimented him, and he told me that his compnay makes every driver go through a training school specifically for weddings. The limo was very nice, and in great condition. I didnt want anything too crazy, I just got a traditional white stretch lincoln. It was a great expirience and, girls, I highly reccommend them for your special day, I know they helped make mine one to remember.

Awesome to work with, very responsive and matched a price from another company so shop around for the best price and they will match it. Our driver was courteous and individually walked each girl to the limo and church with an Umbrella as it was raining. Very satisfied with overall service!

Thanks celebrity limousine for outstanding limo service. It was my daughters sixteenth birthday and we wanted to make it memorable for her by gifting her something unique. So we decided to hire a birthday limousine. Searching for long hours, we find their fleet and kids packages quite interesting, so we hired pink birthday limousine with them. It was really an awesome experience for all of us. Everyone enjoyed drinks served while sitting comfortably in beautifully decorated limousine with pink and white ribbons and balloons. Thanks for making it one greatest and memorable birthday bash. We will recommend your services to our friends.

RUDE!!! Went online to look for limo deals for my friends bachelorette party. Celebrity limo emailed me twice, called and TEXTED within a 10 minute span. Having found another deal I politely texted back saying no thank you and asking to be removed from their email and call list. After that I recieved 2 more nasty TEXTS. I will never use this company as not only are they unprofessional, but rude, pushy, and clearly morally inept.

My wife set out to find a good deal for our limo and came across Celebrity and a few other moderately priced limo companies. She chose Celebrity, as they undercut a competitors price by $80 or so. This would have been $80 well spend. On the day of our wedding, my wife and our bridal party were picked up in a stretch Lincoln with visable rust marks and no air conditioning. After our ceremony, the car left a visable puddle on the ground and would not start. After 20 minutes and with the help of our photographer and the priest, we were able to jump the limo and be on our way. The car, on its way to the site where we were taking our pictures, started to overheat and produced no air conditioning for the ride. After taking some pictures at our first destination, we were told that the car could no longer be driven in its condition. We were promised another vehicle within 15 minutes. All of us waited 45 minutes for the second vehicle to arrive. Instead of another Lincoln, we recieved a party bus with a stripper pole. This, as you can understand, doesn't exactly fit with what we were hoping for in terms of our wedding. Our driver was not completely familiar with how to drive the bus. With no windows to open, the bus had no air conditioning. We were told that we could turn it on after the vehicle was on the highway, but this never panned out. This caused some of bridal party to become sick from the how hot it was. Hundreds of dollars in flowers started to wilt in the heat, leaving us with flowers in our pictures that were far from perfect. Instead of confirming directions to the venue, our driver drove past our exit on the highway. We then had to make a 25 minute detour to get to our destination. All in all, we ended up missing about an hour and a half of a day that cost us $25,000 to put together. This included our not being able to attend our cocktail hour and forcing our guests to wait approximately an hour later for their dinners than scheduled. This entire ordeal is completely unaccepable and I hope you can understand that we are looking to be compensated with at least a full refund. Considered that their phone is disconnected, I don't see this happening. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Bad Bad Bad Service. this is the worst company ever!! I was late to my wedding, the limo that we payed for was not what they brought. The limo was an embarrasment, it had paint peeling off the side, the wheels were covered in mud and rust, the tint was peeling off the windows, the rear tires had chunks missing causing an unbearable vibration on the highway, etc.... This is not a joke, i don't work for a competing limo company like they will tell you, i had my wedding photographer take pictures of this piece of s***, so if you would like to see them i would be glad to email them to you. ajbodine2@gmail -- i will send you the pictures

WEDDING RUINED!!!!!. WEDDING RUINED

We booked 2 limousines for my son's wedding. One was a 20 passenger silver stretch SUV but thats NOT what showed up 35 minutes LATE!!! Our wedding ceremony had to be cut short because of this. The vehicle had no working GPS and the driver had to be directed to the church the whole way. Also, the vehicle had obviously been used the night before and not cleaned as there was vomit in the ice bucket and the whole limo smelled sour. The vehicle would never have passed state inspection as it was falling apart and rode most of the way in the breakdown lane of the highway on the way to the Cathedral. The second limousine booked was 20 minutes late as the driver said he got "lost". He also had no working GPS and we also directed him to the church. The air conditioner did not work in the car, it made a horrible noise everytime the brakes were applied and overall was a shitbox. I have talked with Blake and Jon the owner about our situation. I have created a dispute with VISA in hopes of getting somewhere with them because I can't get anywhere with Blake or Jon. Jon didn't even have the decency to call me back after getting my complaint but had an employee call me and offer a gift certificate. Are you kidding me???? Do you really think we want to get back into your limousines?????? I will never deal with Celebrity or Entourage again and recommend no one else does either!!!!! I can't believe to submit this review I have to give them 1 star!!! They are not worth even that!! Don't take the chance and ruin your special day by using them!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I decided to use Celebrity Limo for my friends bachelorette party and I instantly regretted booking it. As if planning a bachelorette party isn't hard enough, these people made it even worse. Their "VIP package" is complete CRAP. You can just call the venues listed on their site and book your own VIP. My VIP host Sabrina started out really helpful until about a week before when she was completely rude to me on the phone and informed me that she doesn't work in the office anymore..uhhh?! Chris was supposed to email something to me that night and I never received it. Then, Sabrina was supposed to email me something the next day, never received that email either. When I finally received the email, she got my info wrong in it about 3 or 4 times. I also began to realize that after I booked with Celebrity Limo Blake had called me and texted me a few times asking me to book my limo with them. Maybe a little communication within your company would be beneficial. Anyway, the night of was okay. Josh was our driver and he started out awesome until we asked him to take us to one bar from another and he informed us that we could walk there. I'm sorry, isn't the point of me paying $630 for this limo is to be driven to places, not walk there? Not only that but he got pretty rude at the end of the night. We were also pretty disappointed that there was no iPod hook up in the limo because they had to "switch out vehicles at the last minute". Needless to say I will NEVER waste my money with this unprofessional company again!!!!!

GREATTTTTT !!!!!!. Honestly i had the best time ever it was me and 35 more people if i had more money i would have tipped more i had a great time the driver took very good care of us . all of us where content with the service given to us the arrived ealrier than they where supposed to and i was very happy and the right bus so i dont understand half of the people under me they where great and no this is not a "scam " at all i got more than what i paid for honestly !! than you so much and i will be looking foward to booking with them again !!!!!!!! :)

DISASTER DISASTER DISASTER!!!!!!. Does not even deserve one star. The only people who get treated like celebrities are the people who work there because they are self-righteous, inattentative, and have no sense of conflict resolution.

We ordered a party bus which was 45 minutes late, arrived at 10:45. The drive is from Providence to Boston!!!! There was NO ICE in the buckets where we clearly stated there was supposed to be. We circled Boston (all around the Boston Bridge) for over an hour LOST before they dropped us at our destination (left us less than an hour to enjoy our "VIP" if you would even call it that). They had no sense of navigation and wouldn't admit to their mistake...blaming it on a road being blocked off that was not. Liars!!!

Such a rip off. Do not even bother. The services are menial, and they are not PUNCTUAL which is the most important aspect of their business.

Wasting our money wasn't even the worst part. The worst part was my friend's birthday being entirely ruined and overrun by Celebrity Limousine. If you email them, expect them to try and belittle you with their non-negotiable and defensive antic. Effort and empathy go a long way, maybe even an addition of two stars way...but no, they would rather deny deny deny. All these negative reviews exemplify the SAME ISSUES, on Citysearch, clearly there is a pattern, and clearly there has been no effort for improvement. You can also tell that a few of the positive reviews are fake, fyi. It's better to educate yourself and go with somewhere reputable, its not like going to a restaurant where disappointment is slighter.
