Excellent - Very "sympa". Excellent, great place, we enjoyed the level of customer service from the reservation to the check out. The room was as described. We loved the TV in the bathroom, great extra.

The Cheerful Charles. The Charles Hotel is an amazing hotel and it all started with the wonderfully efficient reservation agents. I had booked my reservation online and had a special request of an early check-in, later that afternoon I had received an e-mail from a reservation agent letting me know that they had received my request and that they would try their best to comply. I travel a lot and stay at a fair number of high-end places around the world. I have never before had a hotel send me an email from an actual person. It was a very cool touch and showed me the level of service The Charles Hotel provides. The rest of my stay was just great. The reception desk was charming and enjoyable. The rooms were flawless and my whole stay at The Charles Hotel was very refreshing.…
