GREAT SERVICE!!! Called last night for repair to my dishwasher. Mark came by this morning and had me up and running in 15 minutes!! Left me a sticker with discount for everytime I use them.

SCAM ARTIST Came to my home, recommended a costly repair and took a deposit for the part - $350 - when the appliance began working, I called to cancel - they claimed they had already ordered part - I assured them I didn't need it. They called a few days later saying the part was in and insisted on installing it - owner is rude and yelled at me - insisting that the appliance would break again and it should be repaired, even though it works fine. He has refused to refund my money. Go to Better Business Bureau website for a list of similar complaints. I wish I had prior to using this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great service. Arrived within a few hours of my washing machine's demise on a Saturday right before the hurricane. The service guy was very friendly & explained all the steps he took to diagnose & consequently replace the motor of the pump which burned out. Machine has been running great in the 2 weeks since. Don't have any way to compare the repair charge, but given they were able to show up the same day as my call and had the part on the truck, I felt the repair cost was reasonable enough. I would call them again!

Thanks Doc!!! U saved my night tonight. Coming out on Halloween with all the goblins running around to fix my dryer on the spot. Very professional and funny. Explained my problem to me and repaired it. I will call again!!!!

If you want quality work at a fair price call the doctor! answered all my questions and fixed my dishwasher perfectly. They had it working great in no time!!
