dissatisfied.
no rating from me....I've been going there for about 2 years and had excellent service....until today.
Two weeks ago, I had an appointment for a pedicure, but the day before my appointment they called to cancel it because of a snow storm. I rescheduled for last week. The day of my appointment we had another storm where the road conditions were bad so I rescheduled for today. Four days before my appointment they called and said "due to an upcoming storm, we want to change your appointment", so I changed it to another day. I called this morning and they were open! I told them, that 4 days ago you call me and change my appointment because of an upcoming snow storm and now you are open?!?!?!? Her answer was, yes and we are open to 3:00 and we are booked.
You mean to tell me, that you call me to reschedule because of an upcoming snow storm, and then stay open and don't call me back to see if I want to come in?

Mother of 2. This salon has an excellent atmosphere. All feel extremely welcome always. Wonderful experience time after time clean well maintained. The use all the best products.
